The application process

TED Summer School is designed for motivated students who are ready to challenge themselves and develop their communication, public speaking, and leadership skills in a focused yet supportive environment.

Places are limited to ensure small-group learning, so we encourage families to enrol early to secure their preferred session and location.

Complete the online form
Begin by completing the online application form together with your parent or legal guardian. You’ll be asked for basic contact information, as well as your preferred course location, format, and dates.

Share your motivation
To help us understand your motivation, please answer the following question:
‍“ Why do you want to build your communication and public speaking skills? ”
‍Provide a short written answer (200-250 words)

Secure your place
To secure your place, a £995 deposit is required at checkout. This deposit will be applied toward the total course fee. We ask parents or legal guardians to review the application before payment to ensure full awareness and consent.

Get your application confirmation
Our team will review your application details and confirm your place within 2–3 working days. In the event that there are no places available, we will offer an alternative date or location where possible, or issue a full refund of your deposit.

Get ready
Once your place is confirmed, you will receive a welcome pack with practical information, preparation guidance, and next steps to help you make the most of your experience.
